Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,087 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with PKD1P1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1P1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1P1 results are reported.
