Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PKD1L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PKD1L1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PKD1L1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PKD1L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and ACC are the cancer types where PKD1L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
