PKD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF213, FMNL1_S184, and NFIA. Each is linked with PKD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD1 versus RNF213 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
