PKD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,840 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR3, INO80B, and IQCN. Each is linked with PKD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PKD1 versus MTMR3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
