Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP2, JPT2, and ZWINT. Each is linked with PKD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1 results are reported.
