Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, MYH11, and TIGAR. Each is linked with PKD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PKD1-low versus PKD1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
