Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,551 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Metanephric proximal tubule development, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with PKD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1 results are reported.
