PKD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,201 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4A, TMBIM1, and LINC02693. Each is linked with PKD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PKD1-to-partner and partner-to-PKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4A grouped by PKD1-low versus PKD1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
