PJVK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJVK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,092 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJVK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, PRKRA, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with PJVK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJVK-to-partner and partner-to-PJVK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PJVK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PJVK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
