Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJVK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PJVK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, TSC2, and LMF1. Each is linked with PJVK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJVK-to-partner and partner-to-PJVK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PJVK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PJVK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
