PJA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,870 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PJA1_S70, SP140_S277, and GMPPA. Each is linked with PJA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJA1-to-partner and partner-to-PJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PJA1 versus PJA1_S70 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
