PJA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PJA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRHPR, AP2S1, and RNU6-14P. Each is linked with PJA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJA1-to-partner and partner-to-PJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRHPR grouped by PJA1-low versus PJA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
