Across TCGA cell cohorts, PJA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,777 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PJA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PJA1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PJA1-to-partner and partner-to-PJA1 results are reported.
