PIWIL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIWIL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIWIL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRB2, WBP2, and KCTD2. Each is linked with PIWIL4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIWIL4-to-partner and partner-to-PIWIL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIWIL4 versus GRB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIWIL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIWIL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
