PIWIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIWIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIWIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, Bap1-c-4, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PIWIL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIWIL1-to-partner and partner-to-PIWIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by PIWIL1-low versus PIWIL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIWIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIWIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
