PITX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,061 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PITX1_S46, HK2, and PCYT1A. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITX1 versus PITX1_S46 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
