Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF5, C5orf66, and C5orf66-AS1. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITX1 versus KLF5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
