Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP100, RN7SL149P, and MTND6P20. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.
