Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PITX1-low versus PITX1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
