Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,108 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hindlimb morphogenesis, Embryonic hindlimb morphogenesis, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.
