Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, PRR23B, and LCE1C. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.
