PITX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITX1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,609 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXD3, VAV3, and MYBPC3. Each is linked with PITX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITX1-to-partner and partner-to-PITX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXD3 grouped by PITX1-low versus PITX1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
