PITRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,323 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LARP4B, IDI1, and STAM. Each is linked with PITRM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITRM1 versus LARP4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
