Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, CHAF1B, and SLCO1B7. Each is linked with PITRM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITRM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by PITRM1-low versus PITRM1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
