Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, Notch1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PITRM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITRM1 results are reported.
