Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITRM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of aggrephagy, Protein localization to endosome, and Negative regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with PITRM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITRM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITRM1 results are reported.
