PITPNM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,714 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITPNM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH6, NAA25, and ZCCHC8. Each is linked with PITPNM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNM2-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITPNM2 versus MSH6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
