PITPNM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITPNM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHA, AP2B1, and TIMM21. Each is linked with PITPNM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNM2-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHA grouped by PITPNM2-low versus PITPNM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
