Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,712 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PITPNM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPP3, GRK2, and PITPNM1_S300. Each is linked with PITPNM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNM1 results are reported.
