Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK2AP2, MED13, and MBTD1. Each is linked with PITPNM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNM1-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITPNM1 versus CDK2AP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
