Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,207 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL756P, MYBL2, and IMPDH1. Each is linked with PITPNC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNC1-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITPNC1 versus RN7SL756P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
