Across TCGA cell cohorts, PITPNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,020 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate biosynthetic process, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and Synaptic vesicle exocytosis. Each is linked with PITPNC1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNC1-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNC1 results are reported.
