Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes, Regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction, and Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus. Each is linked with PITPNA in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNA-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes grouped by PITPNA-low versus PITPNA-high in SCLC.
