Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITPNA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITPNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, INPP5K, and ABR. Each is linked with PITPNA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITPNA-to-partner and partner-to-PITPNA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITPNA versus ATP8B4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITPNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITPNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
