Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,536 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, MPDZ, and PLCL1. Each is linked with PITHD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PITHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PITHD1 versus PPP1R12B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
