Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PITHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PITHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF13P2, LINC02546, and MON1B. Each is linked with PITHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PITHD1-to-partner and partner-to-PITHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF13P2 grouped by PITHD1-low versus PITHD1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PITHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PITHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
