Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PISD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,827 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PISD-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCR10, KANK2, and EBF2. Each is linked with PISD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PISD-to-partner and partner-to-PISD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PISD versus UQCR10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PISD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PISD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
