Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PISD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PISD-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4ENIF1, ZC3H7B, and PPP6R2. Each is linked with PISD in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PISD-to-partner and partner-to-PISD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PISD versus EIF4ENIF1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PISD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PISD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
