Across TCGA cell cohorts, PISD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PISD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6G6F, SPEM3, and NAT2. Each is linked with PISD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PISD-to-partner and partner-to-PISD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LY6G6F grouped by PISD-low versus PISD-high in BONE.
