PIRT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 926 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDADC1, FBXW4, and FBXO2. Each is linked with PIRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIRT-to-partner and partner-to-PIRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIRT versus CDADC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
