PIRT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 172 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to lithium ion, Negative regulation of protein localization to ciliary membrane, and Glucuronate metabolic process. Each is linked with PIRT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIRT-to-partner and partner-to-PIRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to lithium ion grouped by PIRT-low versus PIRT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
