Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PIPOX Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PIPOX data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PIPOX Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PIPOX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where PIPOX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
