PIPOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIPOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,869 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIPOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLC4, PSMC2, and RAB27B. Each is linked with PIPOX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PIPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PIPOX versus KLC4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
