PIPOX

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIPOX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIPOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PIPOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PIPOX results are reported.
