The most reproducible PIPOX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with PIPOX in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PIPOX results are reported.
