The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PIP5K1B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PIP5K1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
LUAD and HNSC are the cancer types where PIP5K1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
