Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP5K1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP5K1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, MSH2, and Chk2. Each is linked with PIP5K1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP5K1B-to-partner and partner-to-PIP5K1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad4 grouped by PIP5K1B-low versus PIP5K1B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PIP5K1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PIP5K1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
