Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIP5K1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,185 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PIP5K1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fibrinolysis, Regulation of atrial cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, and 2-oxoglutarate metabolic process. Each is linked with PIP5K1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP5K1B-to-partner and partner-to-PIP5K1B results are reported.
