Across TCGA patient cohorts, PIP4P2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP4P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR1, CD22, and NCF1. Each is linked with PIP4P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4P2-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4P2 results are reported.
