Across TCGA cell cohorts, PIP4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,739 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PIP4P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol dephosphorylation, Protein import into peroxisome membrane, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with PIP4P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PIP4P2-to-partner and partner-to-PIP4P2 results are reported.
